In accordance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines, the following disclosures are made to investors of Palladium Asset Distributors.
Regular Plans
Palladium Asset Distributors deals exclusively in Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. Investments made through us involve payment of trail commission by the AMC to the distributor. Direct Plans are available directly from respective AMCs at lower expense ratios and do not involve distributor commission. Investors are advised to consider both options before investing.
Commission Disclosure
In accordance with AMFI guidelines, Palladium Asset Distributors discloses that it receives trail commission in the range of 0.10% to 1.80% per annum on Assets Under Management, depending on the mutual fund scheme and AMC. This disclosure is updated annually.
Scheme Documents
Investors are advised to read all Scheme Information Documents (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Key Information Memoranda (KIM) carefully before investing. These are available on the respective AMC websites and on www.amfiindia.com.
